Bright and clean interior
This branch of Lumine at Omiya Station is great for window-shopping with a well-lit interior and light-colored surfaces. It feels spacious though it's compact. The website has search options for dining and shopping so you can find out which floor you're going to. However, the website doesn't have a floor map. It's a bit of a maze as others have said. There are multiple flights of escalators so you can peer up and down to see if the shop you're after is located on the floor you're passing by.

Agree that it can be a little confusing
Lumine Omiya is located at Omiya Station, and I agree with BigFamJapan that it can be a bit confusing to navigate, in part because there is Lumine Omiya and then Lumine Omiya 2. If you're looking for a specific store or eatery in the shopping complexes, I'd definitely recommend getting your bearings first and understanding where you need to be before going on a wild goose chase! The actual shops and amenities here are good, though, with beauty, clothing, food, and more.

Convenient, but confusing!
Lumine is a chain of department stores, this branch is in Omiya Station. I've no doubt for Omiya locals or frequent users of Omiya Station, Lumine is far from confusing. But as infrequent user of Omiya Station and an even more infrequent user of Lumine, the place is like a maze to me! To confuse the issue more there are two separate buildings, although I suspect they intersect at some point. It has some really good shops and cafes though so every now and then I embrace the labyrinth! It is a popular place for lucky bags 'fukubukuro' at New Years (from January 2nd).
